Based in Windsor, Berkshire, we provide a full range of domestic and commercial design and build services across London and the Home Counties. Working with carefully selected subcontractors and partner companies, we cover all aspects of construction, refurbishment and renovation as well as project management.
How we work:
While we usually work directly for the householder, business or property developer, we are often commissioned by architects to provide building and project management services. On our clients’ behalf, we oversee and co-ordinate all the work carried out, ensuring it meets our high quality standards and is completed within the budget and timescale agreed.
We’ll work closely with you to verify that every aspect of the project fulfils your expectations, and our insurance backed guarantee provides added security.
Our team:
Our Director, Colin Stacey, has been in the building trade for nearly 30 years. Prior to setting up Construction Connections he worked in Project Manager and Contracts Manager roles for Barratt Homes, Maine Developments and George Wimpey as well as for smaller property developers.
We have our own teams of refurbishment experts and kitchen and bathroom fitters, and work alongside expert partners to provide other services, including 3D visualisation and interior designrnrnWherever possible Colin oversees all our projects personally.
Services : Construction Project Management
We carry out project management for all types of construction and refurbishment projects, from repair and maintenance of existing buildings to building properties from scratch. If you wish we can supervise every aspect of your project, from design to implementation. We’ll also co-ordinate procurement, subcontract orders, health and safety and administration.
From our base in Windsor, we manage building and renovation projects across Berkshire as well as Surrey, Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire, Hampshire, Middlesex and London.
Before a project begins, we create a build programme. This identifies all the activities involved in the project, who is responsible for what and when each stage should be completed. This forms the central focus for all the contractors involved as well as the client.
We review the build programme periodically and amend it where necessary. However we always work hard to bring projects in on time and on budget without compromising on quality. Our priority is ensuring the project runs smoothly and that the final result meets your expectations.
Good health and safety is at the heart of all well run construction projects, so all our on-site project managers hold first aid, SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) and CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) certificates as a minimum.
