Founded in 2001, first choice has evolved into one of the main suppliers of fresh produce to the hotel and restaurant industry in london and the home counties.rnrnStarting out from a small unit in the pavillion at new covent garden market, first choice now occupies one of the most modern and state of the art catering facilities in the heart of london’s larder.
Ensuring that each customer’s desired specification is correct has been our daily mission and is the guiding principal instilled to all of our staff that has enabled consistent growth. in short we firmly believe that as a supply company we will only ever be as good as our last order.
We feel that as one of your suppliers we become members of your team and as checking the deliveries is often the first part of the day it is imperative that this is a task that you can complete with ease. if we can start the day off well for you the rest of the day will fall easily into place. Each order leaves our main warehouse early in the morning, having been loaded into one of our lpg powered distribution vehicles, coming to you at a time of your choosing. many of the restaurants and hotels working with us are very busy places and often require a second delivery which we consider to be part of the service offered. We wouldn’t leave a customer short of the produce that he requires which is why we are the first choice for many of the capital’s top restaurants.
